👋 About This Service

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of hireshobhit.in and any bookings made through it. The service is operated by Shobhit Sharma, based in Ghaziabad, Delhi NCR, India.

✅ Nature of Service

hireshobhit.in provides a 100% platonic companion-for-hire service. All sessions — whether in-person or virtual — are strictly non-romantic, non-sexual, and non-intimate in nature.

• Services include companionship for outings, weddings, events, hospital visits, travel, and conversation
• The companion will not engage in any romantic, physical, or sexual activity under any circumstances
• Any attempt to solicit such activity will result in immediate termination of the session without refund
• Virtual companion sessions are available globally via video/audio call

📅 Booking & Confirmation

All bookings are currently processed via WhatsApp. A session is only confirmed once you have received explicit confirmation from Shobhit via WhatsApp message.

• Submitting an enquiry form does not guarantee availability
• The date, time, duration, and location must be agreed upon before the session is considered booked
• Bookings are subject to availability and may be declined at the operator's discretion
• Promo codes (e.g. FIRST100) are valid for first bookings only and cannot be combined with other offers

💰 Pricing & Payment

Session rates start from ₹399/hour and vary based on occasion type, duration, and location. Final pricing will be confirmed during the WhatsApp booking conversation.

• Payment is to be made in advance or as agreed via UPI/bank transfer
• Prices are inclusive of the companion's time only — travel, food, and event entry costs are to be borne by the client unless agreed otherwise
• For sessions requiring travel outside Ghaziabad/Noida/Delhi, travel expenses may be added

❌ Cancellation Policy

We understand plans change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• Cancelled 48+ hours before session: Full refund
• Cancelled 24–48 hours before session: 50% refund
• Cancelled less than 24 hours before session: No refund
• No-show (client does not appear): No refund
• Rescheduling is allowed once with at least 24 hours notice at no extra charge

In the unlikely event that the companion needs to cancel, a full refund will be issued or an alternative date offered.

🔒 Confidentiality

We take client privacy very seriously. All sessions are completely confidential.

• We will never share your identity, contact details, or session details with any third party
• We ask that clients also respect the companion's privacy and do not share personal details about them publicly
• Photos or videos taken during sessions may not be shared publicly without explicit written consent from both parties

⚠️ Client Responsibilities

By booking a session, the client agrees to:

• Treat the companion with respect and dignity at all times
• Not request any activity that violates the platonic nature of the service
• Provide accurate information about the occasion, location, and any relevant context
• Ensure the meeting location is safe and publicly accessible
• Not be under the influence of substances that may affect behaviour during the session

The operator reserves the right to end any session early and without refund if the client behaves inappropriately or violates these terms.

⚖️ Limitation of Liability

hireshobhit.in and Shobhit Sharma are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this service. The maximum liability in any circumstance is limited to the amount paid for the specific session in question.

We are not responsible for any outcomes resulting from information shared during sessions, or for any third-party actions at events attended as a companion.

🔄 Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
